I am currently on 5-day bro split.
The drawback for such a program is that it lacks frequency.
So on the sixth day of the training week I’ll do a full body workout.
Well it’s less of a full body program rather than working on my lagging body parts, especially my outer sweep, chest and rear delts.
I would stay away from compound exercises and would perform mainly isolation workouts on machines.
