1. Bend knees.

2. Bend over.

3. Lift the barbell using wide overhand grip with back straight.

4. Pull bar to upper waist.

5. Lower bar until arms are extended.

6. Repeat.

7. I like to use a little momentum to ‘cheat’ when lifting heavier loads.

8. On strict ROM, you use lighter weights.
