I’ve always been always to squat since young and to my surprise that there are many people out there who are not able to.

For me it’s nurture. You know how the toilet back then requires you to squat. Well years of squatting does me good.

You can always improve your squat by doing these simple moblity guides:

1. Foam roll your glutes

2. Do the hip flexor stretch

3. Try the kneeling hip flexor stretch

4. Finish up with psoas quad stretch
