1. Bend your knees slightly.

2. Tighten your back, important!

3. When grabbing the handle, don’t flush your shoulders, lock them in.

4. Pull the handle to your waist.

5. Return to bottom with arms extended and shoulders stretched forward.

6. I personally like to get a tension at the bottom of the pull, don’t full extend the arms.
