After doing my compound leg press such as squats​, I would move to isolated machines to bring out the details on my legs such as the 45 degree leg press machine.

Leg press machine is also ideal for those who has issues squatting and have limited range of motion.

My tip, is putting a pussy pad behind your back to ease the pressure on your lower back when doing the 45 degrees leg press machine.
