The workout was an hour plus long. I tweaked it abit here and there due to equipment differences found at my gym and such. The pump was there. A good workout!

1. Seated Shoulder Dumbell Press

2. Seated Lateral Dumbell Raise

3. Lying Rear Delt Dumbell Fly

4. Seated Rear Delt Fly Machine

5. Barbell Seated Shoulder Press

6. Seated Barbell Behind The Neck Press

7. Standing Cable Facepull
