It has been a terrible 2-weeks for me as I struggle to overcome this bug inflicted me that’s very persistent.
I still train during this period, although not that intense as usual.
I would rather have some gym time than lay in bed trying to recover.
I do hope the worst is over and I’m trying to get my weight back up again after losing 2-3kg during this trying period.
