1. Use an app to help you track how many miles you ran

2. Most worn-out shoes are replaced around 450 to 500 miles (720-800km)

3. Replace earlier if you notice the outer sole has worn to the point of white midsole part

4. The midsole will feel soft & collapses when pressure is placed on it
