Adho mukha shvanasana or downward-facing dog pose.
I find it relieves fatigue and rejuvenates the body, especially my tight lower back & hamstring.
Never did I thought that I would embrace yoga, I’m not really good at it as you can see but am trying.
Through my lifting experience & injuries, I found that I needed to do stretching for recovery, rehab & my downtime from the gym.
Every yin needs a yang.
