3. When heating up your food, put the bowl in the microwave too.
4. The rationale, the bowl of water helps to keep the food from being overcooked, as it will absorb the excess microwave radiation
5. It will result in preventing your food coming out dry, via the released steam in the microwave.
6. It’s also a good idea to leave the bowl of water in the microwave as it will prevent any microwave issues if it was turned on accidentally when it’s empty.
