Lats days is always time consuming as it’s a big body part and I only had an hour of workout before work.
So I condensed the back program with major compounds exercises (superset) plus a triset of accessory work.
2. Superset with sumo deadlift, ensure enough recovery!
3. Barbell bent over row
4. T-Bar row
5. Triset of dumbbell row, lats pulldown and pullups.
